In 2025, Greenlight Networks will continue to offer three (3) medical plans through Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS). This includes an Excellus Signature Hybrid Plan, and two (2) Signature High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs): a $2,500/$5,000 HDHP and a $7,000/$14,000 HDHP. All 3 plans are PPO plans (Preferred Provider Organization) meaning you have access to both in-network and out-of-network services. Please find below the 2025 SBCs and Benefit Summaries for each of the plans available to benefit eligible employees in 2025.
Also included below are brochures on programs available to employees enrolled in the Greenlight sponsored group health plan. This includes members access to Blue365 discounts, MDLive Telemedicine, ThriveWell, Wellframe, Rx Mail Order, and the ability to create an online account with Excellus BCBS.
