Greenlight Networks will continue to offer the Guardian vision plan with the VSP network in 2025! All employees will be required to elect or waive coverage during open enrollment. The benefit will continue to be 100% voluntary, meaning employees pay the full premium for coverage via pre-tax payroll deductions.
Need to find a vision provider in-network? You can search at https://www.vsp.com/eye-doctor. Even if your provider isn’t in the VSP network, you still have out-of-network benefits. Please reference the below benefits summary for detailed plan benefits, both in-network and out-of-network.
