Greenlight Networks offers three medical plans through Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS):

• Excellus Signature Hybrid Plan
• Signature High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) – $2,500/$5,000
• Signature High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) – $7,000/$14,000

All three plans are PPOs (Preferred Provider Organization), giving you access to both in-network and out-of-network providers for maximum flexibility in your care.

• Doctor Visits: Coverage for primary care and specialists.
